Can I have my coffee ground?

We highly recommend whole beans. We currently offer ground coffee and whole beans to our Coffee Club members. Join the club today!

When do you roast?

  We freshly roast twice a week, every Thursday and Sunday.  

What grinder do you recommend?  

We recommend a burr grinder because it grinds beans to a consistent and even grind, which gives you the flexibility to grind to your preferred coarseness. This leads to a better cup of Jo for you to enjoy.  

Do you have decaf?  

We currently do not offer decaf but hope to soon.

What is the best way to store my coffee?  

Once one of our bags of coffee is opened, we recommend that you use it within 30 days. After you first open your new coffee and are ready to store it, just roll the bag up. The two way valve within the bag helps lock in freshness. Oxygen is the main culprit that causes coffee to degrade, so keeping your bag sealed or in an air-tight container will help to extend its shelf life. This will keep your coffee tasting delicious! (You know, just the way you like it.)

Are you fair trade?  

The short answer is yes and no. Essentially, we meet Fair Trade requirements, but we don’t have the official certifications.
We tend to pay 3-4x more than the Fair Trade for our coffees, meaning we go above and beyond what Fair Trade pricing is.


What types of events can you host?  

You name it, we can do it! Just a few include: Conference, trade show, sales call, employee/tenant appreciation event, social event, weddings, company launch… If you have an idea we didn’t list here, we’d love to hear from you! Please email us at

What kind of power is required for the coffee bar?  

110 volt, 15 to 20 amp electrical circuit with an outlet located within 20 feet of the serving area.

What factors do you use to create a quote?   

We start with your package selection, then factor in the number of guests, and then duration of service.

 Do you accommodate food allergies?

Yes! We follow safety measures to avoid cross contamination and take it very seriously. Please make us aware of any food allergies you or our guests may have prior to your event.

What type of customizations are available?  

We love customizing! Branding your coffee cart and/or cups is a simple yet visually appealing way to amplify your event and make it truly Instagram-worthy. We have three branded options available for your next event. You can wrap the cart in a branded logo, customize your cups, and top drinks with your logo, name, or monogram!

Do you provide coffee service for residential buildings  

Yes! We love working with building managers to create resident appreciation events. Contact us for more info!

Do you offer milk alternatives?    

Absolutely! We can provide several plant-based and non-dairy alternatives, including but not limited to oat, almond, soy, coconut, rice… If you have a milk preference we didn’t list here, let us know what you’re looking for, and we’ll do our best to make sure it’s available for your event!
